Les Alpages de Champagny

Les Alpages de Champagny is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic views of the village and mountains, a mile from the lifts and ski school and half a mile from the resort centre (free resort shuttle bus).

This new residence was built by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, Les Alpages de Champagny is composed of three 4-storey chalets (with lifts) enjoying great views over the village and the valley. It has a large Reception lounge with open fire, comfortable sofas and internet wireless access. It enjoys a private indoor heated swimming-pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment, then €39/apartment/week). The residence has free outdoor parking (very limited spaces) or its own covered parking (payable £43 per week, state at time of booking, max height 2m). Bread delivery service.

Les Alpages de Champagny comprises 66 fully equipped apartments of a high standard, decorated in traditional rustic style and have a living area with single divan bed and extra drawer bed, fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, a bathroom with bath or shower, wc, TV, telephone and balcony.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (34-38m²):

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 42m²): bedroom with double bed and alcove with bunk beds.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (50-55m²):2 bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds (may be bunks). Some apartments have an extra shower/washbasin. May be split level.

2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 58m²):

2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, alcove sleeping 2, extra shower/washbasin.

Prices include: fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set €7). Loan of cots and high chairs (state at time of booking).

To pay locally: refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax c €1.40/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order €55-€85. Pets welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).

HOTEL SERVICES: beds made on arrival £30-£48/apartment, end of stay cleaning £48-£74/apartment or beds made on arrival + final cleaning (excl kitchen area) £70-£104/apartment (payable at time of booking).
