Ideally located minutes from the heart of the
village, Chalet Arnica in Samoens is set in a
quiet location amongst other large chalets. It
is 800m from the Grand Massif Express high
capacity gondola, 300m from the outdoor
ice-rink.
Chalet Arnica is a recently built, imposing
200m2 chalet built to a very high
specification with extensive use of wood. The
owners of the chalet actually own a high spec
chalet construction company so they know what
they are talking about!
The interior is bright and spacious with an
emphasis on natural light.
The large south-facing lounge area has
comfortable seating, a large dining table and a
stone fireplace. It opens onto the wooden
terrace.
The sizeable American -style kitchen area is
well equipped.
Two en-suite bedrooms with shower, one twin and
one double, a separate wc and the utility room
are also on this floor.
Three further bedrooms are on the first floor:
one very large with double bed plus bunks
(bath), one with twin beds (shower) and another
with double bed (shower).
The first floor landing is also a second lounge
(see picture with TV). In addition there is
also a large mezzanine floor (low ceiling).
There is double garage in which there is plenty
of space for storing skis and boots and an open
garden area at the back.
For your comfort, there is under-floor heating
on the first floor, and there are electric
heaters in all rooms, as well as the fireplace.
Wireless internet access.
Bed linen, towels and local tourist tax are
included. End of stay cleaning on request
