“If there is one aspect to your service that is 5 star and made our ski holiday this February half term, it is flexi+.  We arrived at 3.30am for 4.20am crossing only to find there was a 150 minute delay, our hearts sank.  The car park was full, people were out of their cars complaining loudly, as they had been waiting to cross since 2.00am.  However due to Flexi+ we were able to drive past that terrible queue and given priority over all the other non flexi+ cars and we caught our crossing.  Fantastic!”
