Chalet Rose enjoys an ideal location
350m from the heart of the village (100m from
mini-market).
Built to a very high specification with
extensive use of wood, Chalet Rose is a brand
new traditional chalet comprising 3 high
standard apartments.
The chalet has its own private outdoor
swimming-pool shared between the 3
apartments.
The interior’s style was created using a
mixture of timber and equipment of the highest
standard with pine-clad walls and wood
throughout.
The spacious apartments have a living area with
comfortable seating and a stone fireplace. The
modern kitchen area is fully equipped with
oven, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave,
dishwasher and washing machine. All the
bedrooms have en-suite shower room and wc.
There is an extra separate wc in each
apartment.
Apartments Rose 1 and 2 have two
bedrooms (one double and one twin) and an
enclosed cabin bedroom with wooden bunk beds.
Located next door to each other on the first
floor, they are ideal for groups of friends or
large families, particularly as Rose 1 has a
large table. Both apartments are on the first
floor.
Rose 3 is at the back on the ground
floor and sleeps up to 4 in a bedroom with
double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The all round balconies are accessible from the
living area and one of the bedrooms and face
East/Southeast for Rose 1 and West/Southwest
for Rose 2 and Rose 3. Outdoor parking (2 car
spaces per apartment).
Wireless internet access throughout.
Prices include: Bed linen (with beds
made on arrival), towels, firewood and local
tourist tax are included. End of stay cleaning
on request €100. Refundable deposit
€500.
