La Grande Odyssée - Savoie Mont Blanc 2010
7th
Edition
The Savoie Mont
Blanc Grande Odyssée first took
place in January 2005 and is now regarded as
the most difficult sled dog race in the world
due to the topography of the mountains in which
it is run. In 2011 the teams will experience,
for the first time, the slopes of the Espace
Diamant which borders on
the Franco-Swiss skiing area of the Portes du Soleil, the
Haute Maurienne
Vanoise valley and
Megève.

The 4thmeeting of song – Val
Cenis
These meetings are organised under the auspices
of the Le Mans Town of Song organisation,
thanks to whom we have chosen 3
singer-composers, the “Tremplins”.
For nearly 15 years, the Le Mans Festival of
Song has been carrying out basic work,
promoting newcomers to French song. The
festival puts the spotlight on budding
French-speaking talent without limiting their
style.
Consequently, such diverse artists as Sanseverino, Les Elles, Jeanne Cherhal and Kwak have
been discovered. On the programme for 2011 are
concerts, exhibitions, films and a dedication.
The final programme will be available on the
Val Cenis website from September 2010.
