Christmas Magic- free entertainment for
children, torchlight parade with fireworks,
distribution of sweets on the slopes and the
village, enjoy Christmas sleigh ride with
donkeys ...
The program (subject to change):
WELCOME: the Office of Tourism invites you to
discover the entertainment program and the
various activities of the station, around a hot
drink,
SLEIGH RIDE WITH DONKEYS: register in advance
at the Tourist Office.
FESTIVAL OF SNOW "It's Christmas in Saint
Sorlin" with the traditional torchlight descent
monitors the French Ski School and Santa Claus,
drop ball, fireworks, chocolate and mulled
wine, without forgetting Sorlinette our mascot.
Thursday 24 December 09 to about 18h from the
Front de Neige St Sorlin d'Arves.
Puppet show: (1st floor of the Maison du
Tourisme) Free.
DRAWING COMP: Throughout the week children and
even the old are invited to write a poem or
draw a picture of our mascot Sorlinette. The
theme will be "THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS”.
The result is given in the Salle Pierre
Balmain, and the most beautiful drawings and
poems will be rewarded. Crayons available on
request.
THE LETTER TO SANTA CLAUS: All children are
invited to submit to the TO their letter to
Santa. The best will be rewarded by Santa Claus
with small gifts at the Christmas tea.
FATHER CHRISTMAS AT St Sorlin: Santa Claus
will be on the ski area and the village of St
Sorlin for distribution of sweets.
MASS OF THE NIGHT OF CHRISTMAS: Saint Saturnin
church nativity play
ANIMATION ON THE SLOPES
OPENING OF THE CHURCH: Come discover the
architecture of the baroque Church
St Saturnin. Free visit.
OPENING OF THE MUSEUM: Museum open by the
Association ASPECTS.
Reconstructions, exhibitions ... Free
participation.
DESCENT INTO Paret: (Sledge Savoyard) Small
parralèle slalom competition.

pair of skis! A contest to the original concept
as it is a graphic design contest where the
winner will win their own pair of custom skis!

Race classic demonstration of Telemark.
It is open to all, telemarkers confirmed or
not! The best run for first place and the other

A classic race, with meals & evening
concert (reggae, ragga, ska) at 22h in Salle
Pierre Balmain (1st floor of the Maison du
Tourisme).
Registration from 9:00 to 11:00, plan au
moulin, 20 € (meals, travel, package). If
package € 15 with lunch.
Meet at 11 am at Mountain Restaurant "on St.

Race Start at 12:00 (slalom, banked corner,
woups, Moguls, Nordic) Monitoring of meals, and
friendly afternoon walk on the field of St
Sorlin / The Sybelles.
