quiet Petit Plan area, the newly built
Goleon Val Ecrins is within walking
distance (300m) from the nearest shops and
restaurants.
Built in a chic and contemporary style, the
residence offers a smart modern decor. It is
divided in two sections: Le Goleon (13
apartments) and Val Ecrins (7 apartments, where
the sauna and steam room are).
The apartments interiors at Goleon Val Ecrins
have been tastefully decorated to a high
standard with wood much in evidence. They are
fitted and furnished to a high standard of
comfort and convenience.
They have: living area with comfortable sofas,
satellite LCD TV and DVD player, bathroom with
hairdryer, separate WC, safety deposit box,
fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob,
oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave,
coffee-maker, kettle and toaster. Balcony or
terrace for ground floor apartments with sun
loungers. Ski lockers with heated boot rack.
