New development coming soon near Bordeaux,
Aquitaine
We are pleased to introduce a brand new
development near Bordeaux close to the village
of Gardegan et Tourtirac, probably the most
famous wine county in France.The Domaine
Haut-Gardegan is developed by Intrawest
(world leader in destination resorts and
leisure travel and recently won the Homes
Overseas Award for ‘Best Ski
Development’ and ‘Best French
Apartment’ 2006 following the success of
Arc 1950 Le Village) with the support of Eldon
Beck, a world-renown architect.
The size of the site is 100 hectares
(compromising of 30 hectares for the village
and residences and 70 hectares reserved for the
golf course).
The development is due to be completed 2009.
