Val Cenis

“We had a wonderful ski holiday in Les Alpages….The sun shone most of the time and we had fresh snow, all making for an ideal ski break”

Mrs H, London – Les Alpages de Val Cenis, Val Cenis, 1st April 2006

“We have just returned from an enjoyable week at Les Balcons, Val Cenis”

Mr G. Kent – Val Cenis, Les Balcons, March 2005

“Have just returned from an excellent holiday to Val Cenis and I thought I would let you know how pleased we were with the resort and the skiing. The ski school was excellent and the areas suited all levels of skiers within our party. We truly enjoyed a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this area for its natural beauty, a charm lost in many other resorts.”

Mrs B. East Sussex – Val Cenis, Les Balcons, February 2005

“The Balcons was great as expected and the staff were fantastic.  (I remember being chased by the manager as we finally left – he was waving my passport, which I had totally forgotten to pick up from the desk!)  I will of course continue to recommend Peak Retreats as you did work hard to get us the right deal etc, etc…”

Mr W. Worcester - Val Cenis, Les Balcons, December 2004

“We had a wonderful time in Val Cenis and everyone is very keen to go again next year!”

Mrs P. Kent – Val Cenis, Les Balcons, April 2004

“I had a wonderful week in Val Cenis.  The skiing was very well suited to our children’s needs with plenty of well maintained greens and blues and the slopes were not busy which helps when you are teaching children to ski.  The accommodation was very spacious and well fitted and had lovely views of the area.  The holiday was a most enjoyable one and we as a family would not hesitate to do a similar trip next year. That just leaves me to say thank you for your assistance with the holiday and I look forward to booking next years holiday as soon as possible”

Mr F. Woodley – Val Cenis, Les Balcons, January 2003

Aussois

“We had wonderful time at Aussois and will definitely return there. Many thanks for all your help”                                                Mrs W, Suffolk – Aussois, La Combe, 10th February 2007

“We went to Aussois Feb half-term. Had a great time – Everything ran really smoothly and we were greatful that we had pre-booked everythimg. Will certainly recommend you, and will certainly go back.”

Mrs. P, Milton Keynes – Aussois, La Combe, 11th February 2006

“Just back from Aussois and we had a great time. Many Thanks! Weather was superb and skiing fantastic!”

Mrs. W, Worcestershire – Aussois, La Combe, January 2005

“We had a thoroughly enjoyable week in Aussois over half term and all arrangements regarding accommodation, equipment, lessons, passes, etc. ran very smoothly.  We would definitely like to go skiing again next year.”

Mr S. Eastleigh – Aussois, La Combe, February 2004

La Norma

“Thank you for organizing a fantastic holiday for us!!….We will be ringing you to organize next years holiday!! La Norma is a real gem…I’ve already passed it and your info over to a number of colleagues with small children as I couldn’t praise it highly enough for the child friendly nature of the place and the people”

Mrs. M, Wiltshire – La Norma, Les Chalets de la Vanoise, 17th February 2007

“Having just returned from a week at La Norma with my young family and friends, I feel that I must drop you a few lines to thank you for recommending the resort to us – we had a simply terrific time. I have been skiing twice before, but a long, long time ago and all I remember is the sickly coach ride and to the lift or the long walk uphill in uncomfortable boots after a long day on the slopes, this is not the case at La Norma. The compactness of the resort means that everything from ski lifts to nursery slopes to supermarkets to restaurants is less than a 5 minutes walk away,, ideal for kids and worn out adults alike. I must also comment on the friendliness of the local people working in the various shops and restaurants as the language barrier can be a bit daunting – they were very helpful and patient and a big recommendation for Le Savoy restaurant, absolutely fantastic! Thanks again for an unforgettable week.”

Mr. S, Suffolk – La Norma, Les Chalets de La Vanoise, 18th March 2006

“I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our trip to La Norma. It was just as described – small and friendly with everything on our doorstep. The nursery was great and our youngest daughter really settled there”

Mrs D.Twickenham - La Norma, Chalets de la Vanoise, March 2005

“We really liked La Norma, it was a perfect family resort for us…The children loved the skiing, we would like to go to another resort next year”

Mrs T. Surrey, La Norma, Chalets de la Vanoise, March 2005

“We had a great time. The ski hire pass (much better with the electronic system!) and ski school all went smoothly. The accommodation in Troyes on the way home was good. All the people in the resort were friendly and it has a nice cosy family atmosphere. As before, not too many English/ Irish people around (except for our large party! and the other group that booked through yourselves). The skiing was good, and the people that had been too much bigger resorts all enjoyed themselves on the slopes and the young (5 years or less) had a great time getting used to skis in their lessons.”

Mr G, Bedfordshire, La Norma, Chalets de la Vanoise, February 2005

“Just a quick note to say what a great time we had in La Norma last week.  The arrangements for the accommodation, lift passes, skis and ski school were fantastic.  Please pass on our thanks to all at Peak Retreats.”

Mr M. Derby – La Norma, Chalets de la Vanoise,  Feb 2004

“Had a great Christmas in La Norma and am now seriously considering going back next Christmas…..I cannot recommend more the need for Green flag insurance.  Our 2-year-old Renault Espace died in Chambery on the day of arrival within an hour of La Norma.  Even though the garages were closed over New Year I still managed to get it back fully repaired within two days and the Green Flag organization went like clock work.  I suppose it helped having a Renault in France but I am sure if we had been in the UK it would have been too much like hard work.”

Mr R. Horndean – La Norma, Chalets de la Vanoise, Dec 2003

Brides-les-Bains

We booked via you last January and were very impressed with the hotel.”

Mr C, Hertfordshire – Brides les Bains, Grand Hotel des Thermes, 19th January 2007

“We found your service to be swift and efficient with minimum hassle. The deal that we were offered certainly represented better value that I could arrange independently for the same travel arrangements and accommodation. The accommodation was good and exactly as described on your website. I would suggest that anybody planning to use Brides les Bains for access to the 3 Valleys will find it much more user friendly if they have a car rather than rely on the Telecabine to Meribel – not essential though!”

Mr W, Kerby-Le-Soken – Brides les Bains, Le Grand Hotel des Thermes, 24th March 2007

“On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to thank you once more for arranging our recent holiday. We enjoyed thoroughly both Brides les Bains and Valloire and look forward to similar holidays”

Mr. G, Lochgilphead – Brides les Bains, Le Grand Hotel des Thermes, 26th December 2006

“The holiday was a great success and everyone enjoyed themselves. The priority boarding on the tunnel worked really well for us. The hotel was nice. The rooms were comfortable, and for France the hotel seemed well furnished. The pool, hot tub, sauna and hamman got used by us all every night. Just what we needed to warm us up after a day on the mountain. Brides was a good base and the daily cable car ride didn’t prove to be a chore at all. The only drawback was Brides isn’t exactly buzzing with nightlife. That said, we were all too tired anyway. The food was very good with a choice of evening meal and the food was plentiful (5 courses of which the main was usually a choice of 2 dishes). There was also a good choice at Breakfast. The New Years Eve dinner was great, a massive open buffet. It all looked and tasted great. All in all we had a great time and have already recommended the resort, hotel and your company to our friends. We look forward to using your services again”

Mr. W, N. Lincolnshire – Brides les Bains, Le Grand Hotel des Thermes, 27th January 2007

“Our stay in the Grand Hotel was one of the highlights of our holiday. Everything was of a very high standard and the meals were exceptionally so. As you may remember my wife returned to work after the first week and I had the delight of describing to her each evening the splendid meal I had just enjoyed. The snow at Samoens was better than Meribel and whilst the hotel there was very cosy the Grand Hotel had set a very high standard.”

Mr. G, Cairnbaan Grand Hotel des Thermes, Brides les Bains, 1st January 2006

“An excellent hotel which we greatly enjoyed”

Mr T. Middlesex – Grand Hotel Les Thermes, March 2005

“I hope you don’t mind me writing this note to express my thanks, and those of my daughter, for a wonderful holiday last week. We had a wonderful time at the Grand Hotel des Thermes, the welcome provided by the staff was one of the highest order, and the facilities were equally impressive. A good choice! Our Channel crossing arrangements were fine, and the hotel at St Omer, Le Grande Bretagne, was homely and welcoming. Thanks again, I shall recommend Peak Retreats to anyone!”

Mr H. London – Brides-les-Bains, Grand Hotel des Thermes, February 2005

“I booked a holiday to Brides-les-Bains with you and had an excellent time…the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our holiday”

Mr A. Cheshire – Brides-les-Bains, Grand Hotel des Thermes, February 2005

“We are looking to return and hopefully use your company again as this hotel was superb.”

Mrs T. Lowestoft – Brides-les-Bains, Grand Hotel des Thermes, February 2004

“We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday in Saint-Sorlin d’Arves.”

Mrs F. Ipswich –Chalets de l’Arvan, Saint-Sorlin, March 2005

Saint Martin de Belleville

“We were absolutely delighted. We stayed in Les Chalets du Gypse in Saint Martin de Belleville and it was fab. Your staff, as always were very helpful. Thank you!”

Mrs H, Wakefield – Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Chalets du Gypse, 17th February 2007

"Chalets St Marcel - Jean Paul Delettre provided a fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with great charm."

Mr H, Petersfield - Chalets Saint-Marcel, Saint Marcel, 7th April 2007

"Thank You too all at Peak Retreats had a wonderful holiday in St Foy, weather was fantastic and resort was ideal. Kids are already asking about next year so I will be booking with you shortly for 2008. Thanks again."

Mr S, Hollyhead - Sainte-Foy, Les Fermes de Sainte Foy, 7th April 2007

“We had a fantastic holiday in a resort we know well.”

Mr D, Oxfordshire – Sainte Foy, Les Fermes de Ste Foy, 31st March 2007

Valloire

“We all had a lovely time in Valloire. It is a beautiful village with very nice people and the accommodation was superb”

Mr T, Alicante – Valloire, Les Alpages d’Auguste, 29th December 2007

“Just to say we were very impressed with the arrangements you made for us for our stay in Valloire over Christmas. The resort was fantastic as was the skiing. I will be recommending Peak Retreats to my friends”

Mr H, Caerphilly – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, 22nd December 2007

“We booked with you last year and had a wonderful holiday in Valloire”

Mrs K, Kent – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, 10th February 2007

“We had a lovely holiday”

Mrs S, Surrey – Valloire, Les Fermes de Planet, 31st March 2007

“Fab holiday yet again Thank you Peak Retreats…..On the resort; absolutely fantastic that you could ski the whole area and not have to take your skis of once to use the Telecabine and eggs….We all had a fantastic time and would go back again tomorrow!!”

Mrs C, East Yorkshire – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, 31st March 2007

“We had a great holiday and Peak Retreat’s arrangements were excellent… The height of the ski area was also a huge advantage for late skiing in hot sunshine”

Mr C, Salisbury – Valloire, Les Valmonts, 7th April 2007

“I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for our holiday in Les Alpages d’Auguste, Valloire. We had a fantastic week despite incredibly hot and sunny conditions and really enjoyed the village and apartment……..The apartments are very well-kitted out and were spotless. The Flexi-Plus ticket was great and so much easier to arrive at each end jump on the next available train. Thanks again for a fantastic trip and your friendly advice in sorting it out”

Mr P, London –  Valloire, Les Alpages d’Auguste, 10th March 2007

“We have just returned from a wonderful weeks skiing at the Grand Hotel in Valloire, France. I would just like to say that everything to do with my contact with Peak Retreats in booking the holiday was dealt with efficiently, politely and very satisfactorily. There were NO problems in the resort with any of the bookings I had made for ski hire etc or lift passes and the hotel was comfortable and extremely accommodating. SeaFrance obliged by getting us onto earlier ferries both outward bound and return when we turned up before our allocated slots. This is the first time I have used Peak Retreats and was expertly looked after by Jess and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Queries were dealt with promptly by phone and confirmation paperwork/vouchers arrived when they were due. I found the website, which was my first point of contact, easy and pleasant to browse and get the information I needed. Previous experience from less professional companies have prompted me to send you this email. Need I say more?!”

Mrs W, Cambridge – Valloire, Grand Hotel de Valloire, 10th February 2007

“The holiday in Valloire was fantastic- we had plenty of snow (thankfully) and the chalet really was perfect. All the arrangements went like clockwork. Thank you for all your assistance and help”

Mrs P, Milton Keynes – Valloire, Les Fermes du Planet, 30th December 2006

“Thank to Peak Retreats for organizing a fantastic holiday.”

Mr. C, London – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, 1st April 2006

“Our holiday was fantastic from the start everything so simple – checking in for ferry, finding the accommodation when arriving in resort, checking into our accommodation, obtaining our pre-booked ski hire, ski lessons and lift passes. Our apartment in Les Chalets du Galibier was of first class standard and so were the facilities. Underground heated parking was excellent at very little extra cost (nice to know the car was safe for the return journey). Staff were friendly and helpful especially with our limited French. The apartments couldn’t have been better situated, right across the road from a poma lift and our ski school meeting point, with a free ski bus service into the village and to the nursery slopes every 15 minutes all day long. The resort suited us perfectly as a family with two teenage beginners and one intermediate and one advanced adult. After ski school in the morning we were able to ski as a family in the afternoon. Although the resort hadn’t had any snow for nearly 2 weeks when we left, the pistes were still in good condition – obviously showing how the resort is cared for. Après ski ’bum sledging/boarding’ is a must for kids and adult alike – it was highly entertaining in the flood lit area in the village (at only 3 euros a board cheap fun too!!).Across the road from the apartments is a quaint little Pizza ‘shed’ that serves homemade pizza to order, which were excellent and at a very reasonable cost with helpful staff. The children thoroughly enjoyed their first experience of skiing and we will definitely return at some point in the future.

Ms. T, Essex – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, 11th February 2006

“We found Valloire to be an excellent, very French resort…the accommodation (Chalets du Galibier) was of a high standard. The service we received from Peak Retreats was excellent and pre booking of ski school, ski hire and lift passes was a great help.”

Mr S. Chichester – Valloire, Chalets du Galibier, March 2005

“We just came back from Valloire and had a great time, thanks…the resort was lovely and accommodation fine. We would really like to book again for next year!”

Mrs. D. Sussex – Valloire, La Plane, March 2005

“I am writing to let you know how successful our trip to Valloire has been this Easter.  We were very impressed with the apartment and all the arrangements.”

Mrs T. Powys – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, April 2004

“We arrived in Valloire to find our apartments to be the best we have ever enjoyed.  Fully equipped, modern and spotlessly clean. They were located next to a lift and skiing back to the door followed by a swim made for a perfect holiday.”

Mr H. Huntingdon – Valloire, Les Chalets du Galibier, Feb 2004

“Thank you for organising such a wonderful holiday, Valloire is lovely and the New Year celebrations were great!”

Ms H. Cambridge – Valloire, La Claree, December 2003

Vaujany

“I just wanted you to know we had a fabulous holiday in Vaujany. It all worked out perfectly, Eurotunnel/drive/accommodation…..The management was very pleasant.

Ms P, London –Vaujany, La Cascade, 15th December 2007

“All of the apartments were of a high standard and we all had a fantastic holiday. We would not hesitate to book with Peak Retreats again and recommend you to others. La Fedora – Chamois is an excellent apartment…..we would happily re-book in the future. Many thanks for your helpful service”

Mr. O, Salisbury – Vaujany, La Fedora, 24th March 2007

“We have just returned from Vaujany. We stayed at La Fedora in La Fouine apartment. Well, where do I start? I think we just have to SHOUT…….WE LOVED IT!!!!!!! The apartment, the resort, the hassle-free lift passes, boot ski etc were all superb. Needless to say we will not be telling a soul where we went as we want to keep it a secret gem for those who appreciate it! The ESF lessons were excellent and my youngest (4yrs) loved the garderie – the staff there were so friendly. From all five of us, thank you!!”

Mr. S, Jersey – La Fedora, Vaujany, 17th February 2007

“Just wanted to let you know we had a great holiday in Vaujany. The larger apartment was perfect and I am sure that we will be asking for this one again!”

Mrs. R, Berkshire – La Cascade, Vaujany, 10th February 2007

“Once again a brilliant holiday, Your apartment was excellent just as you described and the location in Vaujany was brilliant….I have two very happy girls, one at her one star at age 6 and one with two star age 7, they both have massive smiles on their faces. A big thank you to you all.”

Mrs. C, Oxon – Vaujany, Les Balcons de Vaujany, 4th March 2006

“Thank you! We have recently returned from a weeks fantastic skiing in Vaujany and we loved every minute of it. The brochure you produced, the contact with the office and the pre-department information were really informative and helpful. The resort, the ski school teaching and the excellent accommodation we had all combined to make it a very memorable experience for us and our children, who had never skied before. The great weather and good snow helped too!”

Mr. H, Kent – Vaujany, La Cascade, 11th February 2006

“The accommodation was excellent, simple but decent condition and small details like a lemon squeezer and manual soup grinder. The snow was a bit scant for the first three days but the weather was great and it’s great for technique to struggle on ice for a while. The pisteurs even looked worried by Tuesday but then we had a dump, the sun quit and the snowboarders stayed in the bar which was just magic for the rest of us. We had a fab time, I would do it again sometime. Kids classes were great and suitably fierce to ensure them as tried to get above themselves were restrained to the relevant level which I applaud. Ski 2000 were courteous and OK. I think they had to try 6 pairs of boots on me before we found something comfortable. So they get the patience award. The pool etc is a great facility and it is good that you highlight that in the resort.”

Ms. P, London – Vaujany, Dome des Rousses, 11th February 2006

“I have just returned from a very pleasant holiday in Vaujany. The standard of accommodation was very comfortable and I would certainly consider returning. Thank you very much.”

Mrs. M, Coleford – Vaujany, Le Balcons, March 2005

“I am writing to thank you for a faultless holiday which was extremely good value for money. We had the most enjoyable week in the Odalys apartment, which had stunning views and was extremely well equipped. Everything was beautifully organized. Had Peak Retreats been responsible for the weather I’m sure it would have been a lot colder. Despite sun everyday and temperatures up to 20 degrees C the snow lasted out for us…I plan to return for a short break in the summer….We would very much like to book our next years skiing with Peak Retreats, maybe a week or two in different resorts. It offered us freedom which you don’t get in Chalets, how ever good they are.”

Mrs B. Northamptonshire – Vaujany, le Dôme des Rousses, March 2005

“You may remember our disappointment back in spring last year at missing out on La Norma again for this winter and your suggestion that we choose Vaujany as we would enjoy it. I didn’t think it would be possible but we had an even better time this year. The scenery was stunning, the apartment was bigger and better and the range of skiing allowed the children to progress fantastically. Yet again the arrangement by Peak Retreats was faultless. Thanks to all”

Mr M. Derby – Vaujany, Les Balcons, February 2005

“We have recently returned from a very enjoyable holiday in Vaujany. As described in your brochure the apartment was very comfortable and warm ideally located to the main Gondola. The weather was very kind to us. We are looking to book again for next half term and have chosen the resort of Morillon”

Mr S. Birmingham – Vaujany, Les Balcons, February 2005

“Thanks for everybody’s assistance – I was impressed by the help offered in finding a suitable resort and the ease at organising everything via e-mail/telephone. The apartment was good and very convenient, perfect for the early morning bread run at the patisserie opposite! Vaujany itself was a perfect retreat.”

Mr. P, Norwich – Vaujany, Le Dome des Rousses, February 2005

“We had a great holiday in la cascade, good apartment with excellent access to lifts etc.”

Mr. B, Alresford - Vaujany, La Cascade, 2nd January 2005

“Just to let you know I was looked after handsomely during my trip to Vaujany. Eric is great fun and was a great host. The apartment was lovely…great resort and great skiing!”

Mr. F – Vaujany, Les Balcons, December 2004

“We have just returned from the best family holiday we’ve ever had.  Vaujany was perfect and we intend to go back to Les Balcons next year, with your help.”

Mrs C. Suffolk - Vaujany, Les Balcons, April 2004

“We had a very enjoyable ski holiday in Vaujany, during the February half-term week.  The accommodation was of a high standard, the snow was good, and the resort lived up to expectations”

Dr S. Herefordshire – Vaujany, Les Balcons, February 2004

“It was fantastic, great resort, we all loved it, keep it (fairly) secret pls!”

Dr G. London – Vaujany, Solneige, March 2003

Les Deux Alpes

“Just a quick email to let you know that we had a great holiday – plenty of snow, sun and skiing. Everything worked a treat, thank you, and the hotel was fantastic! Can highly recommend it. Thanks again!”

Mrs P, Milton Keynes – Les Deux Alpes, Hotel Cote Brune, 29th December 2007

“Great holiday – Le Surf des Neiges provided us with a great base for our holiday in Les 2 Alpes. Brilliant location, plenty of room, warm and clean. The ski hire company were very helpful. The ski school was excellent and please pass on our thanks to the owners. The instructor, Alex, was most helpful and reassuring and Corey really enjoyed his sessions. Would we use and recommend Peak Retreats again – Definitely!!”

Mr R, Wirral – Les Deux Alpes, Les Surf des Neiges, 29th December 2007

“Just wanted to say thank you we had the best ever holiday at Les Deux Alpes, the ski tonic package is unbeatable for value, the whole family enjoyed every second. The Cortina apartments were especially nice as was the receptionist Jane. Please pass on our gratitude”

Mrs G, Hampshire – Les Deux Alpes, Le Cortina, 18th August 2007

“We have just returned from 2 weeks in Le Cortina in Les Deux Alpes – A great location – we loved the apartment and the town – we would certainly consider staying there again of we decide to return”

Mrs J, Peterborough – Les Deux Alpes, Prince des Ecrins, 11th August 2007

“We had a great week and wished we had booked two! We ran out of time for all of the activities in the afternoon and the boys would have loved another week snowboarding with their instructor who was brilliant!  The location of the chalet is lovely with great views. We had a great time and would book the chalet again. Thank you for sorting out our holiday”

Mrs F, Surrey – Les Deux Alpes, Chalet Les Ecrins, 07th July 2007

“Excellent for non-skiing holiday makers also”

Mr B, Greater Manchester – Les Deux Alpes, Le Surf des Neiges, 7th April 2007

“I would like to mention that the apartment we were allocated was of a very good size. It was clean and had all we needed (just as Parysa had reassured me) with the added bonus of a bath and shower room. The information pack was sent to us before we left was very informative and even though we have travelled to Europe many a time, there were useful tips to consider. Overall, we had a very good ski holiday so late in the season and our children really enjoyed the children’s circus that took place all week which the Tourist Office had organised”

Mrs H, Leeds – Les Deux Alpes, Le Flocon d’Or, 07th April 2007

“We have just returned from our holiday at the Cote Brune Hotel in Les 2 Alpes and thought I would let you know what a fabulous time we had. The hotel was so perfectly positioned; we were the envy of others. 2 minutes walk in boots from the 2 main gondolas. Such a priority when you have young children. Ski hire and lift pass was easy. The European Ski School was the best I have ever come across. 100% English speaking and both of my children had great fun. Thank you to Peak Retreats for making this such an enjoyable time.

Mrs K, Harrogate – Les Deux Alpes, Hotel Cote Brune, 17th February 2006

“We had another fantastic week in Les Deux Alpes this half term. Thank you again for all your help”

Mrs M, Kent- Les Deux Alpes, Les Jonquilles, January 2005

“We have just come back from the best holiday in Les Deux Alpes!  The snow was great, which made for a fantastic weeks snowboarding and the resort was perfect for us, with lots of shops, bars and nice restaurants to suite all tastes.  The people in the resort were really friendly and the international ski school was superb. The owner of the Sport 2000 shop was only too happy to help and the equipment was to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Les Deux Alpes and can’t wait to go back next year!!

Serre-Chevalier

“Many thanks for your assistance in organizing a super week for ourselves and friend. Lots of things worked out really well, brochure and website were clear and practical in helping choose the resort/accommodation; accommodation excellent; thanks for discussing childcare etc with Charlotte before we went; flexiplus ticket proved useful at a peak travel time; adult lessons good most days for the 3 who had lessons; thanks for the message alert re Col de Lautaret.”

Mrs M, Buckinghamshire – Le Hameau de Rocher Blanc, Serre Chevalier, 29th December 2007

"Excellent apartments-well furnished and located. Swimming pool and sauna and steam were very welcome at the end of the day. The instructors were friendly and made learning fun for my family.I booked a private instructor for myself as I regained my 'ski legs' quicker than I imagined and had an instructor who I think is the best I have ever had. I have been seven times before over 20 years ago and have been taught by French, Italian, Swiss and Austrian ski schools. My wife and sister in law booked a walk in the mountains with snow shoes and had a great time. The main thing was that Serre Chevalier,my family's ski instructor Alex-who also gave my wife one to one lessons-and Hameau du Rocher Blanc made our stay so good that my wife, who was convinced she could never enjoy being near snow, had the best time and we are trying to fit in another trip there next year. Aix en Provence and Briancon were also very interesting places to visit at the end of our trip. For a family, I am convinced that Serre Chevalier will never disappoint! Thank you for your recommendation and services."
