La Grande Cordee
Overlooking the pretty village, the Grande
Cordée residence is located 2km from the
centre
The large 5-storey chalet has been entirely
renovated. La Grande Cordee has 49 spacious and
totally refurbished apartments all have
balconies offering magnificent views towards
the mythical Mont-Blanc summit or the Aravis
mountain range.
The residence offers free access to the indoor
heated swimming-pool (with amazing views
from the sun terrace), Jacuzzi, sauna and steam
roomfor all residence guests.
On site, there is a reception, games room with
pool table, free outdoor parking and payable
covered parking (€49/car/week, limited
spaces, please state at time of booking).
All apartments at La Grande Cordee are fitted
and furnished to a very good standard of
comfort and convenience.
They have:living area with double sofa bed,
bathroom with WC, fully equipped kitchenette
withceramic hob,fridge,dishwasher,
microwave/grill, kettle and coffee-maker.All
apartments have a TV and enjoy a balcony.
Studio sleeping 2 (c 20m2)
1 bedroom apartment sleeping
4(35-40m2): bedroom with a
double bed or 2 single beds.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 8 (c
80m2): made up of 2 interconnecting
1 bedroom apartments, so 2 living areas with
seating for 4 in each, 2 bedrooms each sleeping
2 and 2 bathrooms.
Prices include: fully equipped apartment
and bed linen.
To pay locally: refundable deposit €350,
local tourist tax c €0.90/pers/day,
end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left
in perfect order €50-€100. To
hire: towel set €4/pers, cot
€23/stay. Pets welcome €21/week each.
