Les Alpages de Champagny is located in a
beautiful location 1.5km from the centre and
enjoys panoramic views of the village and
mountains.
Newly built for the Summer 2007 season, the
residence was built by the acclaimed mountain
architects MGM in typical mountain style with
extensive use of wood and stone and is composed
of three 4-storey chalets (with lifts). It
enjoys a private indoor heated swimming-pool
with Jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna and steam
room (1 free session per apartment, then
€39/apartment/week). The residence has
free outdoor parking (limited spaces) and its
own covered parking (£21/car/week payable
at time of booking).
Les Alpages comprises 66 fully equipped
apartments of a high standard, decorated in
traditional rustic style and each one has a
living area with single divan bed and extra
drawer bed, fully equipped kitchenette with
ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and
microwave, a bathroom with bath or shower, WC,
TV, telephone and a balcony or terrace.

shower room.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set
€7/pers/week). Loan of cots and high
chairs (subject to availability, state at time
of booking).
To pay locally: refundable deposit €300,
local tourist tax c €1.31/pers/day, end of
stay cleaning if apartment is not left in
perfect order €45-€105. Pets welcome
€44/week each (max 2/apt).
