Les Alpages de Champagny is located in a
beautiful location 1.5km from the centre (15
minutes walk via pathway) and enjoys panoramic
views of the village and mountains.
The residence was built by the acclaimed
mountain architects MGM for the Summer 2007
season in typical mountain style with extensive
use of wood and stone and is composed of four
4-storey chalet style building (with lifts). It
enjoys a private indoor heated
swimming-pool (10mx7m), fitness room, sauna
and steam room (1 free session per apartment,
then €8/session per apartment).
The residence has a reception lounge with open
fire, a laundry room (payable), a pool table
(payable), wireless internet connection (at
Reception, payable), bread delivery service,
free outdoor parking (limited spaces) and its
own covered parking (£45/car/week payable
at time of booking, subject to availability).
Les Alpages comprises 66 fully equipped
apartments of a high standard, decorated in
traditional rustic style and each one has a
living area with single divan bed and extra
drawer bed, fully equipped kitchenette with
ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and
microwave, a bathroom with bath or shower, WC,
TV, telephone (payable) and a balcony or
terrace.

(53-68m2):bedroom with double
bed and bedroom with 2 single beds. Some have
an extra shower room. May be duplex.

bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove
sleeping 2 (sometimes bunk beds) and extra
shower room.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set
€7/pers/week). Loan of cots and high
chairs (only for children under 2 yrs - subject
to availability, state at time of booking).
Loan of board games, hairdryers.
To pay locally: refundable deposit €300,
local tourist tax c €1.31/pers/day, end of
stay cleaning if apartment is not left in
perfect order €55-€85. Pets welcome
€44/week each (max 2/apt).
