Located just under a mile from the village
centre in the quiet Hameau des Rochers, Le
Grand Bec is a tastefully decorated traditional
chalet built to a high specification with
extensive use of wood and stone which was
totally renovated in 2004.
It enjoys great views towards the Vanoise
National Park. The interior is tastefully
decorated with wood much in evidence.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall has
plenty of storage space and leads to a bedroom
sleeping 4 with 2 single beds and a set of bunk
beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the first level, the beamed lounge area has
comfortable seating, a large dining table and a
stone fireplace. The sizeable open-plan kitchen
is well equipped. French windows open onto a
large South-facing terrace. A shower room is
also on this floor.
Upstairs, there are a further 3 bedrooms: two
sleep 2 adults and a child in each (with a
double bed and a small single bed) and have
access to the South-facing balcony; the third
bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 single beds and a set of
bunk beds. An extra bathroom with bath and WC
can be found on this floor.
Garage, parking in front of the chalet, large
terrace, balcony and ski and boot locker.
For the comfort of all guests, the chalet is
strictly non-smoking.
End of stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and
towels can bed hired €12/bed,
€4/towel set/pers, local tourist tax c
€0.90/pers/day (free for under 13yrs).
Refundable deposit €500.
