This privately owned 5 bedroom villa sleeps
up to 11 comfortably. It is located only 200m
from Lake Annecy in one of the most sought
after area on the East bank.
The ground floor is made up of an open spacious
living area with a fire place (wood for fire is
included). The open plan kitchen is fully
equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher,
oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso
coffee maker (capsules are not included).
Also on the ground floor: a large bedroom with
en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
On first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and
washbasin, 2 bedrooms with a 1 double bed, 1
bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra pull
out bed and a washbasin, a bathroom with
bath/shower.
The house has 2 separate wc’s (upstairs
and downstairs). The laundry room is equipped
with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The fully furnished terrace, with gas barbecue,
opens out onto a 800m² unfenced garden.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available.

parking area is shared.
The house is ideally located 500m from the
village, 200m from the lake (swimming, diving,
water skiing, boat and kayak renting), and just
overlooking the tennis club.
The 27 hole golf course and the horse riding
club are both just 1 mile away.

atmosphere of the lake banks in the summer.
