This privately owned 6 bedroom villa sleeps up
to 10 comfortably, with possibility to sleep up
to 15. It is located only 200m from Lake Annecy
in one of the most sought after area on the
East bank.
The ground floor is made up of an open spacious
living area with a fire place (wood for fire is
included). The open plan kitchen is fully
equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher,
oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee
maker (capsules are not included).
Also on the ground floor: a large bedroom with
en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
On first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and
washbasin,
2 bedrooms with a 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with
2 single beds and an extra pull out bed and a
washbasin, a bathroom with bath/shower.
There is also an
extra small bedroom with a set of 2 bunk beds
on the lower floor.
The house has 2 separate wc’s (upstairs
and downstairs). The laundry room is equipped
with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The fully furnished terrace opens out onto a
800m² unfenced garden. Two outdoor parking
spaces are available. Please note that the
garden is overlooked and parking area is
shared. No barbeque allowed.
The house is ideally located 500m from the
village, 200m from the lake (swimming, diving,
water skiing, boat and kayak renting), and just
overlooking the tennis club.
The 27 hole golf course and the horse riding
club are both just 1 mile away.

is not included but can be provided for a
supplement of €20/kit for a double
bed or a single bed. To pre book at time
of reservation. End of stay cleaning (except
kitchen) is included. Wood for fire provided.

and it gets every ray of sunshine all day. It
is equipped and decorated accordingly to the
fact that we enjoy spending time in as our
secondary home. We are more than happy to let
you have the use of all devices that you need,
with respect of our belongings. Our property
offers a unique occasion to enjoy the charming
atmosphere of the lake banks in the summer.
